Landscaping Background
Niall Gibb began working with his father, being a landscape contractor for 25 years, where he would work during periods off from school during holidays, he developed a keen interest in gardening and landscaping, upon leaving school he began work with a local garden centre, where he learned all about plants, growing and care for them, he attained an N.C. in horticulture by attending evening classed.
Following his favourite sport, golf, he became a Greenkeeper, achieving a N.C. and HNC in Golf Course management, this furthered his skills, learning various types of grass and there ideal growing conditions, landscaping areas, using tractors, excavators, taking site levels, drainage etc. He worked up to being a Golf Course Manager.
With the work being similar to his background this was an easy decision to make and from enjoying creating gardens from scratch being a great passion it has been worthwhile and very fullfilling. |
